Refund policy

30-Day First-Order Refund Promise

We want you to love your smile. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund policy on your very first Vacay order — so you can try our whitening strips with confidence.

You have 30 days from the day your order is marked as delivered to request a refund.
This policy applies only to your first Vacay purchase.

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@vacayteethwhitening.com.

If your refund request is approved, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. There’s no need to send anything back.

You will receive a refund for the value of your Vacay product(s), minus a $5 processing fee.
Please note: all shipping charges are non-refundable.

A Few Quick Notes

  • Refund window: You have 30 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking information to request a refund on your first order.
  • First order only: This policy is limited to your initial Vacay purchase.
  • No returns required: You do not need to ship the product back to us for an approved first-order refund.
  • Abuse of policy: We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t seen it, please contact us at hello@vacayteethwhitening.com.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns on:

  • Opened oral-care products beyond the first-order refund described above
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@vacayteethwhitening.com as soon as you notice the issue.

Some wear on the outer shipping box is normal, but if your actual Vacay products are damaged, we’ll work with you to replace or refund the affected items in line with this policy.

For now, all first-order refunds are handled directly by email.
