VACAY AMBASSADOR VACATION CHALLENGE

Official Rules & Disclaimer

NO PURCHASE BY AN AMBASSADOR IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. THIS IS A SALES-BASED CONTEST, NOT A RANDOM DRAWING.

1. Sponsor

The Vacay Ambassador Vacation Challenge (“Challenge”) is sponsored by Vacay Teeth Whitening LLC, doing business as Vacay Teeth Whitening (“Vacay” or “Sponsor”).

2. Challenge Period

The Challenge begins at 9-21-2026 at 9:01 CST and ends at 12-31-26 at 11:59 CST (“Challenge Period”).

Only Qualifying Sales completed during the Challenge Period will count toward determining the winner.

3. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who:

• Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
• Have been accepted into the Vacay Ambassador Program; and
• Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws, professional requirements, workplace policies, and employer rules.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor may not win the Hawaii prize.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Participate

Eligible participants must join the Vacay Ambassador Program and receive a unique affiliate link and/or QR code.

Ambassadors may share their link or QR code with patients, friends, family, followers, or other potential customers, provided their marketing is truthful, professional, and compliant with these Rules.

5. Affiliate Commission

Ambassadors earn 15% commission on Qualifying Sales attributed to their unique Vacay affiliate link or QR code.

A “Qualifying Sale” means a legitimate Vacay purchase successfully attributed to the Ambassador that is not canceled, returned, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise invalid.

Unless otherwise stated by Vacay, commissions are calculated from the eligible product purchase amount after discounts and exclude taxes, shipping charges, refunds, and other non-product charges.

Sponsor's affiliate tracking system will be the official system used to determine sales attribution and Challenge results.

6. Sales That Do Not Count

The following may be excluded from Challenge totals and commission calculations:

• Canceled or refunded orders;
• Returned purchases;
• Chargebacks;
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions;
• Duplicate transactions;
• Orders placed solely to manipulate Challenge standings;
• Unauthorized self-purchases;
• Purchases generated through misleading claims, spam, prohibited advertising, or other violations of these Rules.
• Sponsor reserves the right to investigate unusual sales activity and disqualify sales or participants when Sponsor reasonably determines that manipulation, fraud, or abuse has occurred.

7. How the Winner Is Determined

The eligible Ambassador who generates the highest total dollar amount of Qualifying Sales during the Challenge Period will be the Grand Prize winner.

Challenge rankings may be preliminary until sales have been reviewed for cancellations, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and other disqualifying activity.

If two or more Ambassadors have the same final Qualifying Sales amount, the Ambassador with the greater number of Qualifying Orders will rank higher. If a tie remains, the Ambassador who reached the tied sales total first will rank higher.

Sponsor's determination of the final results is final, subject to applicable law.

8. Grand Prize — Hawaii Trip 🌴

One Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Hawaii for the winner and one guest.

The prize is expected to include:

• Two round-trip economy-class airline tickets to Hawaii;
• One standard hotel room for two guests for FIVE nights; 
• Applicable hotel room taxes included in Sponsor's booking.

Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500.

Sponsor will arrange or approve travel reservations. Actual value may vary depending on departure location, travel dates, airfare, hotel rates, and availability.

Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be paid to the winner.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize does not include transportation to or from the winner's departure airport, baggage fees, seat upgrades, resort fees, meals, beverages, activities, excursions, rental cars, parking, gratuities, travel insurance, personal expenses, or other incidental expenses.

9. Travel Requirements

Winner and guest must:

• Be legally able to travel;
• Possess all identification and documentation required for travel;
• Travel together on the same itinerary;
• Comply with airline and hotel requirements; and
• Complete travel by 6/1/2027.

The winner's guest must be at least 18 years old unless the winner is the guest's parent or legal guardian and Sponsor approves the arrangement.

Travel dates and accommodations are subject to availability and may include blackout dates or other restrictions.

If the winner cannot travel within the permitted period, refuses the prize, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or cannot satisfy the travel requirements, the prize may be forfeited and offered to the next-highest eligible Ambassador.

The prize may not be transferred or sold. No cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the prize.

Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with appropriate tax documentation before receiving the prize.

11. Disclosure of Affiliate Relationship

Ambassadors must be transparent when recommending Vacay.

Whenever an Ambassador recommends or promotes Vacay in circumstances where the financial relationship would not otherwise be obvious, the Ambassador must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from purchases.

Examples include:

“I earn a commission if you purchase through my Vacay link.”

or

“Vacay affiliate — I may earn 15% from purchases through my link.”

Disclosures should be easy for the customer to notice and understand.

Ambassadors may not represent themselves as independent reviewers if they are receiving compensation from Vacay.

12. Product & Marketing Claims

Ambassadors may only make truthful, supportable statements about Vacay products and should use claims and product information provided or approved by Vacay.

Ambassadors may not:

• Guarantee specific whitening results;
• Make false or misleading health or dental claims;
• Misrepresent product ingredients or safety;
• Claim that Vacay treats, cures, prevents, or diagnoses a disease or dental condition unless specifically authorized;
• Create fake reviews or testimonials; or
• Misrepresent their personal experience with a Vacay product.

Professional participants remain responsible for exercising their own professional judgment regarding recommendations to patients.

13. Workplace & Professional Rules

Participation in the Challenge does not authorize an Ambassador to violate an employer's policies, dental practice policies, professional ethical requirements, licensing requirements, or applicable state law.

Ambassadors working in dental offices should obtain any permission required before displaying QR codes, promotional materials, or recommending products in their workplace.

Participants are responsible for determining whether accepting commissions or prizes is permitted by their employer and applicable professional requirements.

14. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information associated with their Vacay Ambassador account.

The potential winner may be required to complete an eligibility declaration, liability/publicity release, tax documentation, and other reasonable prize-related documents.

If the potential winner does not respond within 3 business days, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may award the prize to the next-highest eligible Ambassador.

15. Changes, Suspension & Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge if fraud, technical failures, tracking problems, events outside Sponsor's reasonable control, or other circumstances materially affect the fairness or integrity of the Challenge.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate results, interfere with tracking, create fraudulent purchases, impersonate another person, make intentionally misleading product claims, or otherwise violate these Rules.

Any material change affecting how a winner is determined will be communicated to participating Ambassadors.

16. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, each Ambassador agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, advertising partners, travel providers, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Challenge or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Airlines, hotels, and other travel providers are independent third parties and are responsible for their respective services.

17. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, social media handle, city/state, and general Challenge results for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

18. Social Media Disclaimer

If the Challenge is promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or another social media platform, the Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Participants release the applicable social media platforms from responsibility relating to the Challenge to the extent permitted by law.

19. Privacy

Information collected through the Vacay Ambassador Program will be handled according to Vacay's applicable Privacy Policy and used for administration of the affiliate program and Challenge.

20. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in the Vacay Ambassador Vacation Challenge, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
